Users are able to search for the properties that are currently in the Island Advantage inventory. When searching for a property, users have the choice to select from the different areas of New York that we presently cover, Manhattan, Westchester, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Nassau, Western Suffolk and Eastern Suffolk.

After choosing an area, a list of our current properties in that area is displayed. Each property has a list of the features such as style, list price, bedrooms, baths, picture, etc. Users are able choose a particular property for additional information.

After choosing a property, a more detailed list of features is displayed, including a full description w/ additional pictures, as well as the real estate professional from our office for any inquiries.
